The pioneer Chairman of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Alhaji (Dr) Ahmed Tijjani Ramalan has congratulated Dr Abubakar Dantsoho the new Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
Ramalan in a press statement on Monday in Abuja expressed full confidence in the person of Dr Dantsoho, describing him as a round peg in a round hole, being a professional Ports Administrator who have served in different capacities at the Nigerian Ports System.
According to the former NIMASA Chairman “Dr Dantsoho’s appointment is an affirmation of the confidence reposed in his ability by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to restructure, reposition the NPA for effective port administration in our ‘Renewed Hope’ Federal Government of Nigeria and wish him the guidance of the Almighty God as the Managing Director CEO of the Nigeria Ports Authority NPA”.
Dr Abubakar Dantsoho, the former Port Manager of Onne Port was recently named as the new Managing Director of the NPA, by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Dantsoho is taking over from Mohammed Bello-Koko as the new Managing Director of Nigeria’s gateway agency.
