The Chapter Chairman of Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), Muritala Mohammed Airport Cargo Chapter in Ikeja Lagos State, Price Adewusi Bagmibala has appeal to his members to remain calm and go about their normal businesses as he remains the Chairman of the Chapter and will allow the law to take its course.

Bagmibala who made the appeal through a message to all ANLCA members and stakeholders , also explained the incident that happened on Monday at the chapter , which was rumoured that he was arrested , while some alleges that Alhaji Bola Ashiru, a candidate at the last chapter election was making attempt to forcefully takeover the chairmanship seat at the airport chapter.

But in a message to Stakeholders and ANLCA members, Adewusi Bagmibala said:

“Good morning my professional colleagues, I’m sure by now you are all aware of the ugly incident that happened at our secretariat yesterday as perpetrated by Alh. Bola Ashiru Balogun a.k.a Bolab and his thugs, ugly because the judgement he came with yesterday has since been appealed before a competent Court of Appeal and preliminary hearings commenced on the 30th January, 2024, and Bola Ashiru and his lawyer was at the court. The case was adjourned to May 21,2024.

“This action of his, is unthinkable and contemptuous of which I’ll allow the law to take it’s full course.

“To think that Alh. Bola Ashiru Balogun and some of his supporters were in Appeal court for the proceedings with an adjournment on the case and yet attempted to forcefully takeover the secretariat which was thwarted. He came with police men who tendered a warrant of arrest from police accusing me of threatening his life and kidnapping, it’s not an issue I want to handle with levity since this is an attack on my person.

“At this juncture I want to assure you all that this matter will be handled lawfully, and I want also to appeal to you to remain calm and go about your businesses at the terminal lawfully and peacefully.

“Once again, stay calm and remain on the side of the law.

“I want to appreciate you all for your unalloyed and unwaivering support since the inception of my administration.

“Thank you and God bless you all. Amen

I Remain, Prince Adewusi Adejare Bamigbala.
Executive Chairman,ANLCA MMAC.

Great MMAC!!ONE BIG FAMILY!!!!”, the massage said.
